Facing Prospect Park, this 4 story townhome built in 1899 underwent a full renovation led by the League Studio team. New flooring, updated materials and reimagined surfaces provide a fresh material palette, acting as foreground to the views of the Park beyond.

In addition to the full renovation, League Studio added a 9’ wide by 10’ deep rear addition to provide “breakout” spaces for each floor of the structure. The cellar of the addition is storage while the first level contains the kitchen. The second level is a den / bedroom while the third level is a new bathroom for the Primary Suite.

Construction was completed in the Spring of 2021.
