This gut renovation transformed what was once a dated 1960's coop apartment into an open family style home. League Studio removed wall partitions and reconfigured the entry sequence to create a welcoming foyer and a light filled Family Room with new kitchen. A custom dining island, crafted by a local Brooklyn furniture maker, creates a centerpiece for entertainment.

Toward the rear of the home, an updated bathroom with a transom window provides light and air circulation to the corridor spaces servicing the bedrooms.
